South African Communist Party has shared the press statement of The Conference of the Left. The conference, which was held from May 29 to May 31, 2026, was entitled “Building a Left Movement for Working-Class and Popular Power.” In the declaration of the conference, the groups that are taking part committed to rebuild the organized power of the poor and working class.

Communist Parties fiercely condemned the subsequent attacks against CPI(M) leaders and members in Kerala.

Despite all efforts to block it, a conference entitled “This is how transfer is carried out: Palestinian communities under attack” was held in the Knesset, initiated by Hadash MKs Aida Touma-Suleiman and Ofer Cassif. Fascist right-wing MKs and other forces have been trying to obstruct and prevent the conference from taking place.

The New Communist Party of Netherlands issued a statement condemning the brutal act of police on a pregnant woman. The images of this violence were widely shared on social media.

Vinnie Molina, the President of the Communist Party of Australia sent a letter of solidarity to the Maritime Union of Australia, whose members are struggling against the proposed automation and AI driven operations at Australian terminals. 

The European Communist Action has issued a statement entitled "No to an imperialist attack! Solidarity with the people of Cuba!" and condemned the hostilities of imperialism on this country. 

The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia held its 12th Congress on 30-31 May. A new leadership was elected at the congress. 

Aida Touma-Suleiman and Ofer Cassif, members of the Israeli parliament, affirmed that they will not back down from holding a conference in the Knesset on the transfer of Palestinians and the targeting of Palestinian communities.

The German Communist Party (DKP) filed a lawsuit against the "General Order of the Berlin Police." Since 2022, the Berlin police have prohibited the display of Russian and Soviet symbols, flags, music, and lettering at events on 8th and 9th of May. The hearing took place on the 19th of May. 

Communist Party of Canada issued a statement to "stop the attack by Carney and big business on the right to strike." The Party called for a Charter of Labour Rights.

An event was organised by the municipality of Lokros in Greece, about the people of Atalanta who were executed by the Italian occupation troops on 29 May 1943. At the event, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, the General Secretary of KKE made a speech.
