Hadash leads joint force in Israel
The Democratic Front for Peace and Equality (Hadash), the National Democratic Assembly, and the Arab Movement for Change held a joint meeting on the 24th of May, following a series of sessions and deliberations that took place recently, with the aim of moving towards restructuring the Joint List and overcoming the obstacles to achieving the anticipated agreement.
According to Al Ittihad, the three parties affirmed their agreement on the central political issues raised, whether in the political paper presented by the National Democratic Assembly or the roadmap presented by the Front and the Arab Movement for Change. They also stressed the importance of continuing political and parliamentary coordination after the elections.
The three parties affirmed that they had and still prefer to reach a comprehensive political agreement between the components of the Joint List, but, based on their awareness of the importance of unity and the urgent national need for it, they are calling on the brothers in the United List to immediately sign the agreement to establish the Joint List, especially in light of the ongoing persecution and threats of outlawing and eliminating the Arab parties, without any procrastination or delay,
