Communist Party of Venezuela condemns handing over of assets to USA
In Western Cape, Provincial Secretary of the South African Communist Party (SACP), Benson Ngqentsu, was removed as a Member of the Provincial Legislature (MPL), as well as members serving as councillors in several municipalities across the province with the pretext that they are no longer members of the African National Congress (ANC).The Party released the following statement.

The Greek government signed an agreement with Israel on the "Achilles Shield" for the supply of air defense systems. The deal includes the "David's Sling" and "Spyder" systems, which are manufactured by "Rafael" and the "Barak MX" system, which is manufactured by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). In addition, the Israeli Defense Ministry claims that it will also supply Greece with "Drone Dome" systems, in a separate deal worth 26 million euros. The Communist Party of Greece issued a press statement on the agreement.

Paulo Raimundo, Secretary-General of the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP), used the presentation of the book Disaster on the Railway: 35 Years of Liberalization to launch a broader political criticism of railway liberalization and privatization in Portugal. At the event organised for the launch, he stated that the railway is a strategic public sector, essential not only for passenger and freight transport but also for national production, territorial cohesion, environmental protection, sovereignty and national development.
The 52nd KNE–“Odigiti” Festival, organised by KNE (Communist Youth of Greece), is entering its final phase as September approaches, with events being held across Greece ahead of the main four-day festival in Athens. The festival is organized under the slogan “General, man has a flaw… He knows how to think!” (Bertolt Brecht) – “With KKE ahead for Socialism!”
